The Om Sri Shirdi Naga Sai Nathar Temple and Trust originally built by Founder. Mr.S.Varadarajan & Team on 2015. The Naga Sai Nathar Baba was installed in 28th day of May 2015 (Thursday) is now a mandap with a concrete roofed prakaram with marble flooring developed by the efforts of Mr.S.Varadarajan and team.

This was the first occasion on which Founder. Mr.S.Varadarajan & Team was organized to install for daily worship an idol of Om Sri Shirdi Naga Sai Nathar (Sai Baba). The Popularity, Reputation and Attractiveness of Om Sri Shirdi Naga Sai Nathar (Sai Baba) began to spread far and wide and Hundreds began to visit the holy shrine.

The TRUST and the Managing Committee was formed on October 2015 and February 2016 respectively With Founder. Mr.S.Varadarajan as President., Mr.M.Balaiyan Naidu as General Secretary and Mr. Kannan Palani as Treasurer.

The TRUST name and register number as follows "OM SRI SHIRDI NAGA SAI NATHAR AALAYAM TRUST" - Registered Number # 1772 / 2015.
